Theme: Support and Supervision

The “Strengthening Connections” peer support sessions are offered in response to feedback and requests from our social work, social care and health workforces. Multiple pressures remain a challenge to allowing time and space to reflect and think within our day to day working lives. People have shared that it’s helpful having protected time to explore issues.
These sessions aim to provide a confidential, safe, and supportive space for colleagues to come together to share experiences, gain and offer mutual support and critically reflect in relation to current leadership challenges.
We will offer a neutral space which is open to leaders at all levels – job titles and hierarchies are left at the door. Come along and have an open conversation with your peers and use this opportunity to create new connections.
Our theme for this session is supervision: the delivery of and receipt of.
If you can, please bring with you a current, live issue or scenario that you would potentially like to share and seek some support for.
