The Leading to Change app is our tool to help you explore how you can live your potential, whatever your level or role.
It is free to register and you can access it at any time, on any device at no cost.
You can click on ‘Leading to Change App’ on every page of our website.
What’s in the app?
To keep things simple, we have one place where you can safely store:
- Your profile, including career history and your career aspirations
- Your Leading to Change SAQ (self assessment questionnaire)
- Your Leading to Change 360 Feedback Tool
- Any further career conversations, development documents and recommendations.
How do I access it?
The Leading to Change app can be accessed using your TURAS account. If you don’t have one then you can set one up for free as part of the app registration. It’s open to anyone who works in the public sector and you can access it on your own device.
It’s important to us that everyone has a chance to explore how the app can work for them so we have created a page to help you find out how to register, set up your profile, complete the SAQ and then a few tips on how to use it.
It’s for those who want to try it out, those who believe that they can take control of their own career and development.
Where does the data go?
The Leading to Change app is for you to access at any time, on any device.
When you first register you will be asked to choose your data preferences – this allows you to decide how you want to share your data.
By selecting all three options you are able to be open to as many opportunities to connect with Leading to Change, the opportunities we can offer and any opportunities your organisation may have that link to the app. Some use the SAQ and Leading to Change 360 for local development programmes and this is covered in your preference options.
When you complete your report you can access it immediately. It is not sent anywhere or to anyone else as it’s your report. It’s up to you what you want to do with it and who you want to share it with – we recommend talking it over with someone you trust such as a coach, a mentor or your line manager. Whoever you choose to share it with, it’s your choice.
We think it is all about individual agency – it really is all about you and it’s your choice.
It’s up to you if you want to register, if you want complete the SAQ. It’s for those who want to, those who believe that they can take control of their own career and development.
