Date and time

Location
Virtual event.

We welcome Sue Jones, Director of Social Care, and invite her to introduce us to the Institute of Health & Social Care Management and talk through who they are and what they already do before handing over to you to ask what role they could play here in Scotland.

This session is focused on coming together to hear from Sue before connecting with others in smaller groups to discuss the following questions:

• What would you like to see being offered from the IHSCM?
• What would it help Sue and the team to understand about working in social work, social care and health here in Scotland?
• What leadership challenges do individuals and those managing teams face here in Scotland?

Come along to shape the relationship with your thoughts, experience, and ideas.

This session will also include details about potential memberships for those interested in finding out more about this and the organisation in general, please visit IHSCM (ihm.org.uk).
