Location
Virtual event.

This event is in the past.

Thinking about our own needs and keeping ourselves at optimal health and wellbeing can often feel selfish and indulgent. Conversely brain science would suggest that not taking time to keep ourselves resilient and at our best means the people and organisations that rely on us are not getting the best version.

In this session we will explore:

  • the brain science behind Resilience and its components
  • why self-care is for the benefit of others too
  • practical tips and techniques to self care that keep us at our healthiest mentally and physically
