Michele Lorimer

Michele has worked within the NHS Scotland for over 25 years mainly within the field of Organisational Development. Michele currently leads a team who deliver national leadership programmes and resources as well as providing organisational development and leadership support to colleagues within NES. As a coach and workplace mediator, Michele is passionate about creating spaces where people can explore the options available to them, consider their choices and often discover more about themselves, what motivates them, how they work with others and be encouraged to think differently to achieve their goals. Michele has always been passionate about the public sector and, in particular, what can be achieved when we create an environment where colleagues are listened to, supported, developed and empowered.
