Role:
Chief Executive, One Parent Families Scotland (OPFS)

Satwat is chief executive of One Parent Families Scotland and has more than 30 years’ experience in the voluntary and public sector in Scotland and England, working in the fields of equalities, education, employability, economic development/regeneration and early years and childcare. The session will include an introduction from Satwat summarising the key messages from her blog, including how values and a desire to make a difference can shape our leadership journey and develop a path to a fairer and more just society.

After that, participants will be paired up in small groups and invited to have a conversation.

Diversity Coffee Connect is open to leaders at all levels and stages across social care, social work and health in Scotland.
