The purpose of this Leading to Change programme is to provide a safe space for you to connect with other people in the system and to explore an equality, diversity and inclusion theme together through informal conversations.  

The theme for this session is cultural awareness and anti-racist action at work.

We welcome Calum Gallacher as the collaborator for this event. Prior to this event, to help inform our conversations, we encourage you to read Calum’s blog that he has kindly prepared, linking to the theme of the session.

The session will include an introduction from Calum summarising the key messages from his blog.   

After that, participants will be paired up in small groups and invited to have a conversation.

Diversity Coffee Connect is open to leaders at all levels and stages across social care, social work and health in Scotland.
