Do you want to develop your confidence as a leader?

Having self-confidence as a leader is essential; it’s key to inspiring others and influencing those around you.  All too often we hear snippets from leaders who can’t shake the feeling of ‘imposter syndrome’, regardless of how experienced they are.

Confidence isn’t the easiest of things to develop, especially when work is busy, and the stakes are high.  That said, the good news is building confidence is a bit like learning to lead. We can develop our confidence through practice, with time and with some strategies in place to help us along the way.

Investing in yourself as a leader, has never been more important.

Join us in a session dedicated to exploring Self Leadership and Leading with Confidence where you can gain deeper self-awareness and also learn from peers about what supports their self-confidence.

The learning outcomes for this session are:

  • Understand the role that self-confidence plays in effective leadership.
  • Identify strategies that may help develop your leadership confidence.
  • Explore what self-leadership means to you.

This event will be available to add to ‘My Learning’ in the Leading to Change app on completion of attendance.

Please note that tea and coffee will be available however lunch is not provided. Participants can bring their own lunch or visit one of the many places nearby to eat.

Our events are being supported by the V&A Museum through its work to connect and engage with local communities and other third-sector organisations to raise awareness of the museum as an accessible community venue, to diversify and expand their audiences, and network with those out with the cultural sector to effect meaningful change in our communities.
