Leading to Change – Our Evidence Base
30/09/2022 -Our evidence continues to evolve as we work to remain informed, relevant and to genuinely understand the system we work in and the wider context of health and care, leadership, development and all with a view on our shared goals of the National Performance Framework. The core of this base came from the 4 years prior to Leading to Change where much work was done on what was missing, needed, known and aspired to for leadership and transformation in health, social care and social work in Scotland.
The list below will continue to evolve as we add reports, research and reading that is contributing to our context and our approach to responding to, serving and leading within it.
