This Spotlight session hosted by the Scottish Social Services Council, focused on the new leadership in social services resource on the SSSC’s Learning Zone, supporting you to think about ‘My Leadership’ and ‘Leading Others’. Whatever your role, this will help you find resources and information to develop your leadership skills and support the leadership of others. We also looked at reflecting on and recording your learning to support your Continuous Professional Learning.
