03/02/2025 - Leadership Links Webinar Recording: Taming your inner critic

This session was presented by Kirsty McWilliam, founder of ThinkEQ. Kirsty helped take us through different ways to tame our inner critic.

During the session we explored:

  • What is imposter syndrome?
  • The power of curiosity
  • Practical strategies to harness this curiosity
  • The inner critic and the inner coach.

Kirsty enabled us to leave the webinar with a fresh perspective on our own imposter syndrome, taught us to embrace curiosity as a means to transform self-doubt into self-discovery, empowering us to move forward with confidence and clarity.
