In this reflective session, Jess Elsey, Head of Programme for Leading to Change, shared her thoughts on leading with hope and joy, reflecting on the impact this concept has had on her own leadership style over the past couple of years, and will encourage participants to reflect on what this means to them and their own leadership style and practice. The session is designed for leaders and frontline workers at all levels and stages across social care, social work and health in Scotland.
