In this Leadership Links webinar we welcomed Eddie Fraser, Chief Executive of East Ayrshire Council.
The focus of this session was systems leadership and collaboration in practice. Drawing on real examples, storytelling and lived experience, we considered how people work across boundaries to tackle shared challenges.
Together, we will explored:
- How to build meaningful relationships and create opportunities for effective collaboration across boundaries
- How to develop a shared sense of responsibility for improving population outcomes — at individual, team, organisational and system levels
- What helps and what gets in the way of this kind of work, and how we can respond
This session was open to leaders at all levels and stages across social work, social care and health in Scotland.
