Leadership Links Recording: Compassionate Leadership – A resilience perspective

This session was presented by Dr Patricia Armstrong OBE. It provided us with an overview of Compassionate Leadership and what leading in this way means both for the leader and for the team.

We considered the following questions:

• What does it mean to be a compassionate leader?
• Does leading in this way compromise our own resilience and wellbeing?
• How do we ensure we are compassionate to ourselves as well as to others?
