On 11th December 2025, we held our latest Diversity Coffee Connect event: ‘Privilege- A clumsy conversation worth having’. During this session we became curious about the word privilege. We noticed that this concept is often misunderstood and evokes different, and often strong, reactions in conversations relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at work.
