Leading Anti-racism Practice in Health and Social Care – Webinar Recording and Podcast
14/05/2026 -
In partnership with PSD Scotland’s Equality, Diversity and Human Rights team, we recently offered a new online workshop, designed for strategic leaders across health and social care who are actively embedding anti‑racism into their organisational practice.
Professor Laura Serrant shared how you can strengthen your leadership capability to embed anti-racism into organisational culture, governance and strategy. The webinar was aimed to equip leaders in health and social care with practical actions that support accountability, psychological safety and sustainable systemic change.
We are delighted to share the webinar recording delivered by Laura on 30th March 2026. (Available on Turas Learn)
We are also delighted to share a leadership podcast between Laura Serrant and the Chief Nursing Officer for Scotland, Aisha Holloway. In this podcast they reflect on Scotland’s anti-racist approach and what it means in practice.(Available on Podbean)
