New Horizons from Leading To Change is aimed at new and emerging leaders and managers to support the development of their leadership capability and capacity.

If you are embarking on a new leadership or management role or are at the point of exploring leadership or management as the next step in your career, then New Horizons could be for you.
Participants are recruited from staff in social care, social work and health who have been identified through the Leading To Change Self Assessment Questionnaire.
New Horizons uses a blended approach to learning with work required before & after each learning day. While all learners are different you should expect to spend around 8 hours per month on this programme.
