Developing your Confidence as a Leader (DYCAAL)
21/05/2026 -
Developing Your Confidence as a Leader (DYCAAL) is a practical, interactive leadership offer from Leading to Change designed to support leaders at all levels to build confidence in their leadership practice – whether you lead yourself, others, or a whole team.
DYCAAL creates space to step back from day-to-day pressures and focus on your own development as a leader. Through shared learning, reflection and discussion, participants explore what confidence means in practice and how it can be strengthened over time. Confidence in leadership is not fixed – it can be developed through experience, reflection and practical strategies that support you in real work settings.
