Join the Health and Social Care Academy– a programme of the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE) – for a spotlight session to explore how we can work collectively to create a more sustainable and equitable health and care system. The ‘Five Ambitions for the Future of Health and Care’ identify the conditions for achieving long term, meaningful change in health and care. This session will provide an overview of the Ambitions and case study examples of how they are applied in action. You will be introduced to Unfolding the Future, a tool to encourage creative thinking about how to achieve meaningful change.
This session provides a space to promote deeper thinking and discussion about the first steps we need to take on our journey to change towards a society in which people and wellbeing remain firmly at the centre.
This session will be of interest to:
· People with an interest in collaborative conversations about the future of health and care
· Decision makers working in health and care
· People with lived experience
We will welcome into the conversation:
