This session of the Leading to Change Book Club will be featuring ‘Rebel Ideas: The Power of Diverse Thinking by Matthew Syed
Syed’s book explores how to harness our unique perspective, become more creative and collaborate in a world becoming more interconnected. He suggests that broadening our perspectives is a way to escape our “echo chambers” – and that by broadening our definition of diversity, we can unlock new ways to solve problems collectively.

Our aim is to create an open learning space for leaders at all levels, who appreciate books and reading as part of their continuous leadership development. A cosy space to promote, celebrate and enhance the valuable role of books to our personal growth, self-leadership and critical thinking.
