Have you ever considered coaching?
Have you wondered what the benefit of coaching would be?
Well this session is your opportunity to understand what coaching is, what it includes and the benefits/impact of being coached. You will hear different experiences and journeys into coaching and why we coach and like to be coached.

Nabeeda Bakali

Nabeeda started her coaching journey when she received some coaching herself. She found it to be impactful and decided to become a coach herself. After completing her Know You More coaching qualification, Nabeeda has been working with different people from different backgrounds and experiences to help them see the benefits of coaching. Nabeeda would describe her coaching journey as: It has been an opportunity for me to grow personally and professionally and impact other people’s lives positively.

Leonie Tuxhorn

Leonie gained interest in coaching through her academic journey in Health Sciences and Nutrition. The focus of her interests has been deeply linked to behaviour change since the start of her studies and coaching provided the practical tool that connects cognitive and physical health. Since finishing the Build Up Coaching programme Leonie has worked with a variety of clients with the help of a holistic approach to coaching: realising one’s potential. This includes achieving goals as well as reflecting on successes or coping with a struggle. With this, Leonie would like to continue spreading the message that each and every one of us is capable of working through challenges and achieving dreams.

Amy Landsbert

Amy began her coaching journey through her voluntary work, giving 1-to-1 coaching and mentoring to LGBTQ+ young people. After watching several of her coachees blossom in confidence and authentic self-expression, Amy decided to switch career paths from biochemistry to professional coaching. Since completing her Know You More coaching qualification, Amy has guided several clients through the process of rediscovering lost dreams, creating action plans for changing career paths, and building a healthy foundation in their everyday lives to support this transformation. She plans to become a full-time professional life coach, working towards an EMCC Individual Accreditation to support her journey.
