Excellent leadership starts with your own wellbeing. During this session we will look at leadership through a strength based lens of personal resilience and self-care. As an Integrated Psychotherapist, I believe it’s crucial that leaders are able to recognise when stress levels are increasing and help to learn some practical strategies and take-away tools to help implement a more resilient approach to dealing with life as a leader, first and foremost, the leader of yourself.
