Date and time

In this Leadership Links webinar, we welcome Dr Joseph Farmer MRCPsych. This session will explore Civility Saves Lives – a clinician-led, collaborative project with a mission to promote positive behaviours and share the evidence base around positive and negative behaviours at work.

As part of this session, Joe will introduce the concepts and evidence behind the message ‘Civility Saves Lives’. This will include considering what incivility can look like and the impact this can have on individual performance, teamwork and outcomes, looking to generate a useful discussion around this. We will look at how compassionate leadership and psychological safety can support the quality of our conversations during times of pressure. We will also explore the key questions around “what to do next” when incivility is observed.

We welcome leaders at all levels and stages across social care, social work and health in Scotland to join us in this session and be part of the conversation.
