Do you want to develop your confidence as a leader?
Having self-confidence as a leader is essential; it’s key to inspiring others and influencing those around you. All too often we hear snippets from leaders who can’t shake the feeling of ‘imposter syndrome’, regardless of how experienced they are. Confidence isn’t the easiest of things to develop, especially when work is busy, and the stakes are high. That said, the good news is building confidence is a bit like learning to lead. We can develop our confidence through practice, with time and with some strategies in place to help us along the way. Investing in yourself as a leader has never been more important.
Join us in a session where we start to explore how Self Leadership is the key to Leading with Confidence and some starting points that you can take away to develop further.
We will also share details of a longer session on this topic based on successful pilots run with cross sector groups this year.
