In this Leadership Links webinar, we welcome David Taylor, from the Leading to Change team. This session will explore the Leadership Success Profile (LSP) for Operational Leaders.

In this session, you’ll discover how the LSP can help you deepen your understanding of your unique leadership approach, including the opportunity to complete the Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ).

The Success Profile can be used to support individuals at different points within their career and is also intended to provide organisations with a consistent approach to finding, growing and empowering leaders and their teams.

David will also introduce other useful elements of the LSP, such as navigating role transitions and understanding the influence of personality, values, and motivation on effective leadership.

This session is open to leaders at all levels and stages across social work, social care and health in Scotland.
