“Culture is the sum of the conversations that take place in an organisation, so why not get better at having those conversations?”

Have you ever felt stuck in a conversation, like you and the other person are speaking different languages? Psychologist David Kantor offers a framework to understand these communication breakdowns through his theory of structural dynamics, commonly known as the 4 Player Model.

Beneath the surface of our conversations, there are hidden patterns shaping how we interact.  Join us to gain insight into these hidden patterns with this very practical model so you can discover how you and your teams can get unstock and move forward in conversations that are generative, productive and energising.

This event is suitable for both those who do and who do not manage teams.

Please note there are limited spaces available on these sessions.
