Diversity Events Series 3: Health: Inclusive Recruitment – Current Practice and Future Action

The Leading to Change Programme is delighted to launch its new diversity events series.

The third event will take place online on 16th August 2023 and will focus on inclusive recruitment in NHS Scotland.

We will hear from Fiona Hogg (Chief People Officer), Andrew Carter (HR Director, NHS Borders) and Frieza Mahmood (Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS) who will explore what NHS Boards across Scotland have done and will do to progress inclusive recruitment practice. This event is for HR Professionals, Recruiting Managers and Executive Leaders.
