Diversity Events Series 1: Social Care: Active Allyship in Practice

The Leading to Change Programme is delighted to launch its new diversity events series with four events taking place over the next few months.

The first event will happen in-person on 31 May 2023 at The Leonardo Hotel, formerly Juries Inn, 80 Jamaica St, Glasgow G1 4QG.

Fiona Steel, Acting National Director for Scotland, Action for Children will share her personal and organisational reflections on active allyship. This event will focus on allyship in social care during a scheduled meeting of the HR Voluntary Sector Forum facilitated by CCPS and partners. This event is aimed at systems leaders in HR and OD roles with the intention of exploring active allyship in practice across the sector.
