Diversity Coffee Connect: Inclusive leadership practices for hybrid working
- Date and time
- Tuesday, 18 February 2025, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm (GMT)
In this session, we will explore the role we all play as leaders in creating inclusive and collaborative spaces at work. We will discuss how we can all contribute to making sure everyone has a voice and a sense of belonging at hybrid and remote team meetings and events. Our aim will be for everyone to leave the session with some practical actions we can all take to contribute towards a culture of inclusion.
We will start the session with an introduction and summary from our team, then participants will be put into smaller groups to allow for deeper reflection and conversation.
For inspiration and interest, we have shared some optional suggestions to read and watch to prior to the session to inform your thinking – or you are welcome to come as you are with your own unique perspective!
