Do you want to develop your confidence as a leader?

Having self-confidence as a leader is essential; it’s key to inspiring others and influencing those around you.  All too often we hear snippets from leaders who can’t shake the feeling of ‘imposter syndrome’, regardless of how experienced they are.

Confidence isn’t the easiest of things to develop, especially when work is busy, and the stakes are high.  That said, the good news is building confidence is a bit like learning to lead. We can develop our confidence through practice, with time and with some strategies in place to help us along the way.

Investing in yourself as a leader, has never been more important.

Join us for this session dedicated to exploring Self Leadership and Leading with Confidence where you can gain deeper self-awareness and learn from peers about what supports their self-confidence.

The learning outcomes for this session are:

  • Be able to describe the role that self-confidence plays in effective leadership.
  • Identify strategies that may help develop your leadership confidence.
  • Explore what self-leadership means to you and identify one thing you will stop, start or continue to develop this going forward.

This event is open to leaders at all levels and from all roles who would like to build their confidence – you do not have to be a manager or lead a team to attend.

This event will be also available to add to ‘My Learning’ in the Leading to Change app on completion of attendance.

Please note that this course is running in two parts over two mornings.
