A Hunter Gatherer’s Guide to 21st Century Leadership: System Leadership and Positive Conflict

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) and the Institute of Health and Social Care Management (IHSCM) are delighted to share a development opportunity coming in March, open to all NES colleagues across health and social care.

These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to:

• Become a more effective and compassionate leader
• Strengthen their ability to work across boundaries
• Improve performance while building meaningful connections
• Support wellbeing and positive workplace culture

A session on ‘Compassionate Leadership’ will also take place on Tuesday 10th March. You can choose to attend either day—or both.
