NHS Education for Scotland (NES) and the Institute of Health and Social Care Management (IHSCM) are delighted to share a development opportunity coming in March, open to all NES colleagues across health and social care.

These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to:

  • Become a more effective and compassionate leader
  • Strengthen their ability to work across boundaries
  • Improve performance while building meaningful connections
  • Support wellbeing and positive workplace culture

A session on ‘System Leadership and Positive Conflict’ will also take place on Wednesday 11th March. You can choose to attend either day—or both.

Compassionate Leadership

We will explore:

  • Why compassionate leadership matters in the 21st century
  • Creating compassionate workplaces
  • Working effectively across boundaries
  • Putting compassionate leadership into practice

All attendees will receive a certificate of participation.
