Inclusive Leaders Hub

This Inclusive Leaders Hub has been developed to support you as a leader at any level across social work, social care and health in your journey towards inclusive, inspiring and
authentic leadership.

We believe that everyone can be a leader and we want to provide the tools, resources and networks you need to support your leadership aspirations.

We have content here that is relevant for leadership at all levels, with a focus on developing diversity in leadership and on a leadership style that is inclusive, compassionate and opens doors for other aspiring leaders. We also have content specifically for where you feel you are now, whether that’s currently in a leadership role, in a senior leadership role or just starting out or aspiring to a leadership role.

We have tried to collate relevant opportunities (including programmes and events), resources, best practices and stories from across the sectors which represent a broad spectrum of leadership. If you have additional ideas and suggestions for content to include, please contact us at hello@leadingtochange.scot.

We’re also interested in learning more about barriers to leadership and where more needs to be done, particularly for those currently underrepresented in leadership roles across Scotland. If you’re interested in helping us push for change and increased diversity in leadership, we’d love to hear from you, either by signing up for one of our “Leadership Insights” sessions or by contacting hello@leadingtochange.scot.
